Harbourside Place Is Turning Into Jupiter's Every-Week Address

October 8, 2026

"A vibrant, people-first waterfront destination" is how Nicholas Mastroianni, chairman of Summit Ventures, described his long-term goal for Harbourside Place in February. In the same release he listed the investments behind it, including "a complete redesign of the amphitheater, a newly activated and expanded pedestrian-friendly waterfront, enhanced water access and amenities, and a major renovation and brand uplift of the hotel." None of that construction is finished, and the release gave no schedule. But Harbourside's October calendar shows the same idea in a simpler form. The plaza at U.S. 1 and Indiantown Road is trying to be somewhere you go every week, and this month it put the programming in place.

A Sunday that repeats for eight months

The biggest change is the easiest to miss because it isn't a one-time event. The Market at Harbourside opened on October 4, 2026. It runs every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Dockside Circle through May 30, 2027. Counting from that first Sunday, that comes to 35 market days in a row along the Intracoastal, covering the whole season.

Harbourside calls it "a curated waterfront marketplace." Vendors sell handmade goods, specialty foods, art, apparel, wellness products and home goods. The page is open about the goal. It wants a Sunday that starts at the market and ends with "grabbing brunch, strolling the waterfront and spending the day in Jupiter at Harbourside." Breathe Salt Yoga holds a class in front of the amphitheater at 9:30 a.m., half an hour before the vendors open.

Vendor applications for the 2026–2027 season were still open on the market's site in early October, so the lineup may still change during the fall.

The weeknights fill in

Sunday is the anchor, and the October calendar adds two regular weeknight events. Subculture Coffee hosts trivia on Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. A weekly 5K run/walk starts Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., and runners meet at 6:20. Harbourside is also promoting free country concerts "all October long." Its public listing doesn't name dates or performers, so check closer to each weekend.

Put those together and Harbourside has something going on four days a week before any special event is added. That turns HarbourFest from a standalone event into the high point of a month that was already busy.

HarbourFest drops the ticket

HarbourFest's first year in 2025 drew nearly 5,000 people. For its second year on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, general admission is free, and organizers expect more than 7,500. A spokesperson told The Palm Beach Post the festival went free to "expand the festival footprint." It also added a second stage, and the lineup grew to 16 acts, ten more than last year. Hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Friday and noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, and the main stage is the amphitheater on the north side of the complex.

Organizers call the sound "coastal country," meaning country mixed with Americana, pop, rock and singer-songwriter sets. A few names on the schedule:

  • Friday main stage: Cypress Creek Band at 4:30 p.m., Jutt Huffman Band at 6:30, and Bryant Thomas and the Bryant Thomas Band at 8:30. Thomas lives in Lake Worth Beach and appeared on season 24 of "American Idol."
  • Friday on the Tiki 52 stage: Grace Luv at 5 p.m., Jay Valor at 6, and Drew Cole at 8. Cole was a contestant on season 14 of "The Voice" in 2018.
  • Saturday main stage: Due South Band at noon, Brett Staska & The Souvenirs at 1:45, The Jeffrey James Band at 4:30, Laura Goodstone Band at 6:30 and BOXELDER at 8:30.
  • Saturday on Tiki 52: Stoney Vibez, Leo Von, Cole Chase, Heidi Merrill Duo and RJ Preston Duo, running from noon to the 8:30 p.m. closing set.

Some extras still cost money. A Chef Tastings Event on Friday night is about $54. VIP Lounge Access is about $107 for one day or about $160 for both. The Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, Jupiter Medical Center and the Town of Jupiter are among the backers. The Post reports that the festival is expected to return every year.

Where Harbourside overlaps with the rest of town

Harbourside's busiest weeks fall on the same dates as the Town of Jupiter's own fall restart. That is why mid-October is so crowded this year. Here is how the two calendars line up over the next four weekends.

  1. Thursday, October 8. The rebuilt playground at Jupiter Community Center, 200 Military Trail, gets its ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. The Harbourside run club meets at 6:20 the same evening.
  2. Friday, October 9. The Heights of Jupiter Park playground at 15215 East Revelle Circle gets its ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. That morning the Recreation Department's Pumpkin Party runs from 10 a.m. to noon at the Community Center, and costumes are welcome. Registration is open.
  3. Saturday, October 10. Harbourside's 10th Annual Pumpkin Fest fills the amphitheater from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with live music, vendors and family activities. Earlier, from 9 a.m. to noon, Els for Autism holds its free, sensory-friendly FALLoween Festival at the Els Center of Excellence, 18370 Limestone Creek Road. A $10 donation is suggested.
  4. Monday, October 12. Abacoa Community Park's playground at 1501 Frederick Small Road gets its ribbon cutting at 4 p.m. In early September, JupiterDaily reported that all three rebuilt playgrounds were set to reopen with new equipment and artificial turf, and that turf installation was scheduled next.
  5. Friday and Saturday, October 16–17. HarbourFest takes over Harbourside. On Saturday the town's Halloween Spooktacular runs from 4 to 7 p.m. at Jupiter Community Center. Bring your own bag.
  6. Sunday, October 18. Coco Market returns to Carlin Park's Seabreeze Amphitheater from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. after its summer break. Its organizers call it "the first market of the Jupiter season" and say they have "been looking forward to this one since May." From noon to 4 p.m., Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse & Museum hosts a Sensory-Friendly Exploration Day. The first 100 registered guests age 6 and up get in free.
  7. Saturday, October 31. The Halloween Skate & Scooter Contest runs from 3 to 9 p.m. at Jupiter Skate Park, with prizes in each age group.

Two markets on the same Sunday

October 18 is the first day both of Jupiter's waterfront markets run at the same time. Coco Market at Carlin Park is free and monthly. It focuses on wellness, with free movement classes and workshops, and its vendors change each month. The Market at Harbourside is weekly and sits on the Intracoastal. It features makers and specialty food, with yoga before it opens. Their hours overlap from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The two markets differ in format and in how often they run. Coco Market is a once-a-month event by the ocean. Harbourside's market happens every Sunday, so it can become part of a regular routine.

The parts still to come

Two Jupiter projects are worth watching, but neither is a sure thing yet. On the Harbourside side, Voloridge has been headquartered at the property for more than ten years. It bought a portion of Harbourside in February and plans a new building focused on health and wellness. Summit Ventures' amphitheater redesign and waterfront expansion were announced at the same time. The Pumpkin Fest and HarbourFest crowds this month will be using the amphitheater those plans intend to rebuild.

Out west, Fabricant Farms is under construction at 16891 Jupiter Farms Road, the former Taylor Farmhouse Café site. Owners Tyler and Melissa Fabricant used to eat at Taylor Farmhouse, which closed in 2023. They are planning a family restaurant with live music and an outdoor gathering area. In late September the site was still closed to the public. The owners hope to open before Thanksgiving but say construction or permitting could push that into winter.

If you own a waterfront home near the Intracoastal and are away for part of the fall, changes at Harbourside, from amphitheater work to busier weekends, affect what life near the water is like. Stephanie Schwed follows these projects for owners who can't be here week to week. When you want to talk about what the next season at Harbourside could mean for your property, let's connect.
